What you get
When you're placed in a permanent role through CVHound, you're eligible for a bonus of 1% of your confirmed starting salary, up to a maximum of £1,000 (or €1,000 / $1,000 in the currency of your placement). It's our way of saying thanks for taking your next step with us.

Let us know you’ve started and share a few details — your start date, salary, and a copy of your offer letter.

Receive your bonus
After 90 days in post, and once the employer’s placement fee has been received, your bonus is paid by bank transfer straight to your bank account.
For example
- Start on £60,000 → 1% = a £600 bonus
- Start on £90,000 → 1% = a £900 bonus
- Start on £150,000 → capped at £1,000
Good to know
- It applies to permanent placements — not contract, temporary, freelance or consultancy roles.
- You'll need to confirm your placement and share your start date, salary, and a copy of your offer letter.
- The bonus is assessed once you've completed 90 days in the role, and paid after we've confirmed everything and the employer's placement fee has been received.
- The bonus is paid by bank transfer to your nominated bank account, in the currency of your placement (£, € or $).
- One bonus per placement. You're responsible for any tax on it — it's paid by CVHound, not your employer.
- The bonus is offered at CVHound's discretion and may change for future placements.
